MS Floorequalcoat-trans is a unique and high-quality 2-component epoxy floor coating for levelling cement deck and concrete floors; this plastic casting floor has a very good mechanical and chemical load-bearing capacity.

MS Floorequalcoat- trans floor coating has many application possibilities in (intensive) livestock farming and industry, such as feed passages, feeding troughs, technical areas, tank rooms, hygiene sluices, liquid feed kitchens, (meat) poultry houses, garage floors, workshops, office spaces or as an undercoat in combination with other coatings.

MS Floorcoat-trans is available in various colours and packaging quantities.

Epoxy coatings are supplied as 2 separate components: A and B. The components should always be mixed in a fixed ratio.

• In cattle farming, this floor coating is used in the feed chute as a feed alley coating; this provides immediate benefits for technical results:

• Application material: bucket/mortar tub, paint mixer, paint roller, brush, puncture roller
• Substrate: Concrete, new to very worn.
• Used cement screeds. The substrate should have an absorbent effect (pores) for optimum adhesion

• Clean the surface to be coated so that all dirt and grease are removed
• Remove dust from the surface using a broom or hoover
• Make sure the surface is bone dry
• If necessary; sand the surface to be coated to create an even surface
• Cover the area to be coated with tape so that no unwanted surfaces are touched
• Mix the different components Floorequalcoat in a bucket or tub to a homogeneous mixture using a paint mixer
• Use a low speed so that the mixing of air is reduced to a minimum
• Pour the mixture over the floor and spread it using a trowel or floor squeegee
• Roll out the coating using a paint roller until an even and smooth surface is created
• In the first few hours, roll the coating over a few times with a paint roller to remove air bubbles from the applied layer
• Allow to cure for at least 24 hours for optimal hardness and adhesion
• Then apply another layer of coating if necessary

• MS-230 Floorequalcoat-trans can be processed up to about 25 minutes after mixing at a temperature between 15 -25°C. The viscosity increases or decreases by a factor of 4 with a temperature difference of 10°C.
• After use: Dispose of the tool or clean with water. Allow unused product to cure in the can and take to a collection point for small chemical waste.
• Storage: 12 months shelf life in closed original container. Best stored at a temperature between 10-25°C. Store in a dark and frost-free place.
