The MS Smartscan wireless 2.0 is a handheld, software-controlled veterinary scanner that displays video images of organs, the uterus, or cervix onto the tablet + wrist strap provided by means of a wireless probe: this makes the scanner well suited to pregnancy testing. In addition to testing for pregnancy, the probe can also be used to measure the thickness of back fat.

The MS Smartscan wireless 2.0 is suitable for sows, sheep, goats and big dogs. The wireless probe and tablet are provided in a case and include the required chargers.

The MS Smartscan wireless is available in 2 versions; 1.0 (pregnancy check), 2.0 (pregnancy check and bacon thickness meter).

• The MS Smartscan is a pregnancy test scanner with a great deal of options. The working principle behind it is this: animal organs have various thicknesses and in turn, different ultrasonic (acoustic) speeds. The MS Smartscan produces an ultrasound wave of a specific value and sends it towards the body. If the ultrasound wave passes through the surface of various organs, it will result in echo waves. These echo waves are displayed on the screen through a video signal
