MS Gel Repair is a transparent epoxy gel coating consisting of 2 components for filling cracks, joints and saw cuts in concrete and cement screed floors. This creates a flat and liquid-tight floor that is very easy to clean for optimal hygiene.

The MS Gel Repair is a transparent epoxy gel consisting of two components. Because it is a fairly stiff gel, it flows into the cracks and seams, but continues hanging as a drop.

Application: The MS Gel Repair is applied in cracks and seams, where ever they need to be sealed. For repair or to seal joints in unhygienic dilation e.g. in poultry houses.

• Application material: drill, paint mixer, trowel, squeegee, putty knife

• The surface must be clean, dry and dust-free
• Pour the B-component into the can of the A-component
• Mix this using a paint mixer for at least 3 minutes until it becomes a homogeneous mixture
• Use a low speed so that air mixing is reduced to a minimum
• Spread the mixture into the crack or hole with a trowel or squeegee
• Using the tool, push a small amount of gel forward so that the gel flows into the seam
• Iron over the seam several times for optimal distribution and depth of the gel
• Allow the floor to harden for at least 24 hours

• Consumption of the MS Gel Repair is highly dependent on the width and depth of the cracks. This cannot be said in advance. Consult the representative in advance, price indication +/- 200 grams per linear meter
