MS Wallcoat is a highly durable epoxy wall coating consisting of 2 components, designed to make new to lightly worn walls made of concrete, cement, plasterboard, and stone resistant to dirt and waterproof. This synthetic wall paint is resistant to high-pressure cleaning and has very high chemical resistance.

MS Wallcoat has many applications in (intensive) livestock farming and industry, such as walls in animal housing, milking parlors, hygiene locks, garages, workshops, and living spaces.

This epoxy coating is supplied as two separate components: A and B. The components must always be mixed in a fixed ratio.

  • Strong and wear-resistant
  • Easy to clean
  • Chemically resistant to ammonia, acids, cleaning, and disinfectant agents
  • Suitable for high-pressure cleaning and scrubbing
  • Easy to apply yourself
  • Consumption: 0.2 - 0.4 kg/m² per layer, depending on the substrate
Tips for users:
  • Quick and easy to apply
  • Dust-free
  • Highly wear-resistant
  • Chemically resistant
  • Drying time: 24 hours, depending on ambient temperature
  • Application temperature: between 15°C and 25°C
  • Working time after mixing: up to a maximum of 25 minutes, depending on ambient temperature
Administering:
  • Application tools: drill, paint mixer, paint roller, brush
  • Substrate (dry): new to lightly worn walls made of concrete, cement, plasterboard, stone, etc. The substrate must have a porous surface (absorption) for optimal adhesion.
Application:
  • Only use on vertical surfaces; blistering may occur on horizontal surfaces.
  • Clean the substrate of loose parts, grease, dust, dirt, etc.
  • Ensure the substrate is completely dry.
  • Use a primer (MS Primecoat-trans) as a base for optimal adhesion.
  • Mix the A-component thoroughly with a slow-rotating drill and mixer before adding the B-component.
  • Pour the B-component into the A-component container and mix for at least 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
  • Use a low speed to minimize air incorporation during mixing.
  • Roll out the coating using a paint roller until a smooth and even surface is achieved.
  • Allow to cure for at least 24 hours for optimal hardness and adhesion.
  • Apply a second coating layer if desired for an even higher quality and more durable finish.
Dosage:
  • 0.2 - 0.4 kg/m²
  • Strongly dependent on the condition of the substrate; on a very rough surface, consumption may be higher.
